## How we do it

1. **Sample** — local vet collects tumor + normal DNA
2. **Sequence** — partner labs perform whole-genome or panel sequencing
3. **Analyze** — proprietary AI (built on AlphaGenome, AlphaFold, DeepVariant) identifies tumor-specific neoantigens
4. **Design** — our mRNA SDK generates a personalized mRNA antigen sequence
5. **Synthesize** — CDMO partner manufactures the mRNA + LNP encapsulation
6. **Inject** — local licensed veterinarian administers the vaccine
7. **Monitor** — AI Agent tracks recovery; data feeds back into improving models
